All the courses/NVQs are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-scheduled once booked.
No refund In the following circumstances, NO REFUND will be issued:
If in any case from our course provider, course gets cancelled, then the full amount of course will be refunded. Refund will not exceed the original amount that you paid us for the course in any circumstances. We Construction Enquiries will not be responsible nor will we compensate for any other costs (accommodation, transport etc.) or loss of earnings due to time taken off work.
You will get a full refund if you cancel or reschedule your CITB/ CPCS Test within 96 hours before the test is due. If you cancel the test, you will receive a full refund.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received less than 96 hours before the test is due, and/or in the following circumstances:
Refund will not exceed the original amount that you paid us for the course in any circumstances.
No refund: There will be no refund if the request is made after we have processed your application.
The application process for your card will not be able to start until we receive all the required documents. Your application will be kept on hold, if you don’t provide all the required documents within 60 days. An admin fee of £25 will be charged if you wish to cancel the order after 60 days.
If you choose to cancel your order for CSCS Card, there will be a cancellation charge of £10 which is non-refundable. There will be no cancellation or refund for CSCS Card if the application has been processed from our end.
If you want to return any of the course material that you purchased from us, you can do it within 14 days of the purchase. For getting a refund, the item(s) returned must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition.
No refund: There will be no refund if the item returned is used, or there is any sign of use, or the return is made after 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item(s).

We recommend obtaining a proof of post and using signature delivery.
All refunds will be made to the debit card or the credit card used to make the payment at the time of purchase.
Refund amount can take up to 14 days to reflect in your debit or credit card statement. Please check with your bank/credit card provider if you didn’t receive the refund first, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will not be responsible if your request to reschedule/cancel isn’t received within the timeframe for eligibility of a refund or reschedule. No refunds will be issued automatically, i.e. we will not consider or issue any refunds unless you have requested it.
